Filter Systems Return Policy

Noted below is our return policy.

    1. Customer is responsible for sending back filters in good condition (reference Order #)
    2. Customer is responsible for all freight charges (to and from)
    3. Credit will be issued for product only (minus 25% restocking fee) NO SPECIALS!!
    4. Returns only within 30 days of actual ship date

** In case product was ordered incorrectly by Customer **

A new order will need to be created online for correct product. Please contact Filter Systems in order to receive an approved "RMA #" allowing the product to be returned. We do not accept returns without an RMA #.
