About Us

  Founded in 1997 in Dallas, TX, Filter Systems has grown into one of America's leading air filter sales and service companies. With over 40 years combined filter industry experience, our sales and service teams are among the most knowledgeable in the industry.

As an Authorized Distributor for Glasfloss Industries, we enjoy the many benefits of being only a few miles from a Glasfloss manufacturing plant. That combined with our own large warehouse enables us to provide the best lead-times and filter change-out service in the area.

 

Brad Hull, CAFS, NCT, General Manager    Brad is the General Manager of Filter Systems and started the company in 1997. He has been in the filter industry since 1985 and is a National Air Filtration Association (NAFA) Certified Air Filter Specialist (CAFS) and NAFA Certified Technician (NCT). He has extensive knowledge in all aspects of Air Filtration, Product Performance, Filter Service, Supply and Logistics. Brad received his BBA from the University of Texas @ Arlington.  


 

  

Richard Blasko, Sales Representative     Rich has been in the filter business for over 20 years. He is a National Air Filtration Association (NAFA) Certified Air Filter Specialist. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of Air Filtration from HVAC to High Volume Paint applications, Medical Facilities, Schools, and Commercial Buildings. Rich is very customer service oriented and prides himself on problem solving, product solutions, and value added services. 

Kyle Northcutt, Sales Representative     Kyle Northcutt joined Filter Systems in 2014 as Operations Manager, and after serving a full year, he accepted a position in sales in January of 2015.  His background is in Warehouse Management , Land Development and Home Building. Most recently Kyle was the owner of Northcutt Homes and Energy Efficient Services, specializing in weatherization of existing homes.  Kyle has an old school work ethic and still believes the customer is always right.  He is married, raising two wonderful grandchildren, a member of the First Baptist Church of Irving, Irving Masonic Lodge and The Waco Valley Scottish Rite.

Maggie Castillo, Office Manager     Maggie Castillo has been with Filter Systems since June 1998.  She has developed many office documents and procedures which have proved vital in maintaining order in a fast-paced environment.  She also oversees the CSR dept and the online orders from the company's website.  She has 16+ years in Office Management.

Margarita Benavidez, Customer Service Representative     Although Margarita has only been with Filter Systems for less than a year, she has been a quick learner and beneficial to our office.  She has several years of office experience in customer service, inbound calling, dispatching and supervising.  She promptly assists our customers and sales representatives in finding resolutions to their issues.

Kevin Blasko, Customer Service Representative     Kevin has been with Filter Systems for 4 years.  He first held a position in our warehouse for 1 year but was quickly able to transition into an office position.  He efficiently provides our customers and sales representatives with pricing, ship dates, expediting orders and documents in order to maintain ongoing positive client relationships.
